Living Room Yin Yoga - 6 week programme
What: 6 week-programme in a cosy lving room setting. The small groups allow for extra personal adjustments, guidance in the poses and explanation on yoga philosophy.
Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga is a more meditative yoga style where you stay in a pose for 3 to 5 minutes. It works on the deeper muscle tissues and helps to release toxins and increases flexibility. You feel relaxed and spacious afterwards. A perfect balance for the more "Yang" lifestyle. Read more about yin.
